Application
Mixing of dry or wet materials & pastes

Working principle
- A helicoidal ribbon rotor (simple, double or triple effect) forces the different product layers in the blender to an accurate homogenization.
- The outlet nozzle is located in the middle or at one side, following application.
Construction
- Vessel as a cylindrical trough, with bolted ends
- Seals at the shaft passing through the casing - External bearings.
- Outlet device as per customer request (slide gate, pinch valves, swivel gate....).
- Hollow shaft driving group (as standard),
- Carbon steel or stainless steel construction.
Option
- Surface quality on request.
- Ribbon in wear resistant steel,
- Explosion safe construction
