Application
Continuous mixing or blending ofdry, humid or pasty stuff

Working principle
- 2 shafts with interpenetrating paddles shear product layers to be intensively mixed together,
- Adjustable position of the paddles (residence time, throughput, blending quality),
- The mixer can be an intermediate agitated hopper for non continuous product flow ahead.
Construction
- Vessel as a cylindrical through, with bolted or welded front sides,
- Easy replaceable paddles,
- Paddle pattern according to the product specific data,
- Gear transmission for a fixed speed ratio between both shafts,
- Seals at the shaft passing through the casing,
- Gear motor - hollow shaft or with coupling,
- Carbon steel or stainless steel construction
