Working principle
- A paddle rotor forces the different product layers to be intimate mixed due to an intensive turbulence,
- One or several discharge opening.
Construction
- Cylindrical vessel, with bolted or welded front faces,
- Easy replaceable and adjustable paddles,
- Seals at the shaft passing through the casing external bearings,
- Outlet device: slide gate - Swivel gate or pinch valve.
- Gear motor, hollow shaft or with coupling,
- Carbon steel or stainless steel construction.
