Application
Mixing or blending of dry or humid products, slurry, not sticky paste, even abrasive, or sensitive. Liquid impregnation on powders. Smooth mixing, with gentle move of the products.
Working principle
- continuous or batch process,
- rotating drum, with inside buckets. Their shape is designed specifically for each application.
- the discharging buckets at the outlet empty completely the mixer
- liquid injection during the mixing process is possible.
Construction
- the drum rotates on rolling stations,
- the bolted buckets are easy replaceable through an inspection door,
- seals at the inlet and outlet chute.
- drive : direct, chain or friction,
- carbon steel or stainless steel construction.
