Blender V3

Principle of working

The blender V3 is a tumbler V form mixer, with a horizontal shaft.

The product inlet and oulet in the cone top is dustfree.

For powder blending, an accurate homogenization is reached within a short time. The internal surfaces are easy cleaned.

During the blending process, the product may be cooled, temperature controlled, or dryed in a water jacketed vessel.

Application

The blender V3 can meet the technical requirements of most applications in the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industry.

Liquid injection

A liquid injection is possible through a horizontal hollow shaft:

The shaft inside the blender is fixed with spray nozzles, or is free rotating with delumping accessories, depending on the application.

A cleaning out device can be adapted on a shaft and, if necessary during the blending process.

The product may be cooled, temperature controlled, or dryed in a water jacketed vessel.
