Application
Mixing or blending of many different products :

Working principle
- Vessel - biconical shape - rotates around a horizontal shaft,
- 3 movements of the product: lifting, rolling and projection,
- Quick blending,
- Batch process.

- Easy clean - CIP possible
- No residual product at each batch end
Construction
- Vessel, welded construction, eventually polished. Lining on request.
- Shaft crossing the vessel (small mixers) Shaft in 2 parts, turning on self aligning bearings.
- Drive: direct, gear or chain transmission,
- Inlet and outlet, nicely sealed,
- Carbon steel or stainless steel construction.
