Working principle

A mobile jaw is hang on an excentric shaft. The elliptic movement of the lower end involves a regular product with very few fines. The final corn size depends on the space between both jaws and their profile.

• Forged shaft, mounted on plummer blocks bearings,
  
• Alloyed cast steel, reversible jaws,
  
• Flying wheel with adjustable counter weight to balance the mechanical system,
