Working principle

The feed is succed into the mill, when a fast rotating rotor generates a fan effect. The product is smashed by swing hammers on to the lining, bolted on the upper cover. A screen controls the final corn size.

Construction

• Fabricated body, with cast iron lining in the milling chamber.
  
• The screen is a perforated steel plate or a grid, slipped into a groove,
  
• The swing hammers may be turned 4 times before being replaced,
  
• Easy access in opening the upper cover, for maintenance and wear control,
  
• Belt transmission,
  
• Safety according CE regulation
