Working principle
The feed is succed into the mill, when a fast rotating rotor generates a fan effect. The product is smashed by swing hammers on to the lining, bolted on the upper cover. A screen controls the final corn size.
Construction
- Fabricated body, with cast iron lining in the milling chamber.
- The screen is a perforated steel plate or a grid, slipped into a groove,
- The swing hammers may be turned 4 times before being replaced,
- Easy access in opening the upper cover, for maintenance and wear control,
- Belt transmission,
- Safety according CE regulation
