Disagglomerator for hydrated lime

Lessines industries has developed and manufactured a mill, centrifugal type, able to process 25 tph hydrated lime prior to silo storage. After lime hydratation, the goal is to achieve a homogeneous granulometry, ready for delivery, at a constant quality.
Size of the rotor and beaters need a rigorous dynamic balancing.

ISO CONTAINER SUGAR LOADING

Sugar market is on the move ! Export markets use easily maritime transport in container, due to low cost and ensure return freight. Lessines Industries has developed and manufactured a container loader "LCP" fulfilling with ATEX regulations imposed by the sugar.
This LCP loader allows to load 26 tons of sugar in 10 minutes, in a 20' container equipped with liner. This equipment is hung directly to the container. The container remains on the truck.
The truck is positioned under the sugar silo. Liner is adjusted to the LCP feeding, is expanded to allow filling. After filling, liner is closed, LCP equipment is removed from the container with a fork lift and truck is ready to leave. This operation lasts less than 25 minutes.
Other products can be loaded with this machine : coffee, cocoa, plastic pellets, wood chips, cereals, fertilizer, and, in general, all granular products.

Welding flux thermal treatment

Lessines Industries has designed and installed a rotary dryer integrated in a welding flux manufacturing line.
The product is fed with 10 % moisture in the counter-current rotary dryer. This dryer is installed inside a insulated hood, allowing the temperature control of the dryer shell. Drying occurs in a direct contact of both the hot air and the hot shell surface.
Product exits the dryer at about 200°C with a residual moisture of 0.5 % max.
Hot air is produced directly from natural gas burner.
